Southwest Rural Electric Association, Inc. is headquartered in Tipton, Oklahoma and also operates branch warehouses in Electra, Texas and Vernon, Texas. SWRE serves approximately 6,000 square miles in eleven counties throughout southwest Oklahoma and north central Texas.
