Annual Meeting

An Annual Meeting of SWRE members is held each year on the second Thursday of  August. Location of the Annual Meeting rotates each year between three sites: Vernon, Altus, and Frederick.

Notices of all member meetings are published in local newspapers, SWRE NEWS, billing materials and on this web site.

The next Annual Meeting will be held in August 2013 in Altus, Oklahoma.

District Meetings

District Meetings are also held to discuss issues facing members in the district and to elect representatives to the Board of Trustees. Only members living within the district can vote during district meetings.

A District Meeting is held for each district every third year. These meetings are traditionally held in early September during the week after Labor Day.
